Full Training and Care - $1450

Full Training is tailored to fit each horse and rider’s personal and competition goals for the upcoming season. Included in this full training program are the following.

  • Weekly scheduling of rider’s training program which include a combination of training rides, hack days and lessons 6 days a week
  • Show planning throughout the year and entries

Full Care is tailored to provide the best care and management for each individual horse. Included in this full care program are the following:

  • Daily refill and cleaning of water buckets, daily blanketing and or fly mask
  • Daily am and or pm feed multivitamin supplement, rice bran oil for Smartpak Supplements. All clients are assisted by Storia Stables, in setting up a Smartpak account with supplements that are suitable for each horse’s individual needs.
  • 6 day a week grooming (brushing, ice, wraps, etc), turnout, tack up/down, bridle cleaning. Monday turnout or eurosizer.
  • Management of horses which include scheduling, recording and assisting with (shoeing, vaccinations, vet work, body work etc)
  • Laundry and supplies (brushes, wraps, saddle pads, ointments, flyspray, etc...) with the exception of customized items for horses (i.e. bridle, martingale, girth, mattes pad, blankets, scrims, coolers, etc)
  • Show prep and trimming of horse. Does not include body clipping ($150) which is done at trainer's discretion
Storia Stables Hunter Jumpers

Layup Care - $825

Available for any horse that has been laid up 30 days or more. Includes:

  • Daily refill and cleaning of water buckets, daily blanketing and or fly mask
  • Daily administration of Smartpak supplements
  • 6 day a week grooming (brushing, ice, wraps, etc), turnout, handwalking, eurocizer, etc
  • Management of horses which include scheduling, recording and assisting with (shoeing, vaccinations, vet work, body work etc)
  • Laundry
  • Additional feed and supply fee may apply

Board

Box Stall: $1075/month

  • includes unlimited am, lunch, and pm feedings of alfalfa or timothy

Horse Show Rates

Day Fee for Training Clients - $70/day/per horse

The day fee at a show begins the day your horse arrives at the show and through the day the horse departs the show. This fee includes:

  • Daily management and organization of hotel, horse show office, hauling, braiding, supplies, feed and shavings, horse show scheduling, grooms, office splits, horse management, etc.
  • All schooling day rides, show ring rides, morning rides, lessons, and coaching

* If 3 or less horses are attending a show day the day fee will be $100/day/per horse
* If only 1 horse is attending a show the day fee will be $150/day/per horse

Day Fee for Non-Training Client - $120/day

Grooming Fee - $65/day

  • Includes: care, grooming, feeding, lunging, ice, wrapping, packing/unpacking, stall, set-up/aisle maintenance. Paid directly to grooms in form of cash or check made out to cash.
  • This fee begins the day your horse departs for the show through the day the horse returns home.

Set up fee - $75/show

Trainer Expenses - Divided by number of customer horses
Grooming Expenses - Divided by number of customer horses
Horse Related Expenses - Divided by number of customer horses
Medication - Will be billed, individully by horse

Sales and Purchases

Trainer per diem - $100/day

Fifty percent (50%) of total per diem will be credited to commission at the close of sale or purchase. This per diem is applied when the trainer and/ or client is required to travel in the pursuit of a sale or purchase. This per diem does not apply when trainer and/or client try horses at shows where they are competing.

Travel costs:

Client is responsible for payment of travel costs.

Commission:

The commission on a sale, purchase, or lease is 12.5%
